These terms govern your use of the Petey & Gorsey website and your orders for custom team apparel. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Custom, made-to-order products

Our products are custom made for your team. Instant estimates and quotes are approximate and are not a final invoice. Final pricing is confirmed before production and may vary based on artwork, product availability, decoration method, shipping, taxes, rush timing, add-ons, and final roster details.

Artwork & roster approval

• •You are responsible for the accuracy of all names, numbers, spelling, colors, logos, and sizes.
• •Nothing goes to production until artwork, sizing, roster, and the final quote are approved.
• •Once approved, the roster is locked and sent to production. Late additions may be handled as a separate order with separate timelines.
• •You confirm you have the right to use any logos, names, or marks you provide to us.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. A deposit may be required before production begins. Orders are not final until payment or the required deposit is received and artwork and roster are approved.

Intellectual property

Team names, logos, and marks you provide remain the property of their respective owners. Website content, designs, and materials created by Petey & Gorsey remain our property and may not be copied without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our services and website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petey & Gorsey is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
