Petey & Gorsey LLC ("Petey & Gorsey," "we," "us") creates custom team apparel and provides team ordering tools. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and order forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• •Parent/guardian details: name, email address, phone number, and (optionally) a shipping address.
• •Order details: the products, sizes, and add-ons selected for your team.
• •Payment information is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• •Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (such as device and usage information) to keep the site working.

How we use your information

• •To create, process, and fulfill your team order.
• •To communicate with you about your order, artwork approval, sizing, deadlines, and delivery.
• •To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• •To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business, including with:

• •Production and fulfillment partners, to manufacture and deliver your gear.

Data storage & retention

Order and account data is stored with our hosting and database providers. We keep information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Children's privacy

Orders are placed by parents, guardians, coaches, or team managers — not by children directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
