Shipping & Production

Every order is custom made for your team. Here's what to expect for production and delivery.

Production timeline

• •Standard production is estimated at 3–6 weeks depending on the package and decoration method.
• •The production clock starts only after the final roster is approved and the required deposit is received — not when the order form is first submitted.
• •Rush timing may be available on some products and is confirmed in your final quote.

Delivery & pickup

• •Team orders are typically delivered to the coach or team manager, or arranged for pickup (for example, at a practice or team event).
• •Shipping, when used, is quoted separately and confirmed before production.
• •We’ll keep you updated on your order status and expected delivery.

Possible delays

Timelines are estimates. Production and delivery can be affected by product availability, artwork or roster changes, decoration method, and carrier delays. We'll let you know if anything affects your timeline.

Late additions

Players added after the primary roster enters production may be treated as a separate order with separate production and shipping timelines.
